• Payment is compulsory for all registrations and is required to confirm participation.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

• In the event that an abstract is not accepted, a refund will be provided in accordance with the AMEC 2026 refund policy.
• Once an abstract is accepted and registration is completed, no withdrawals are permitted, and registration fees will be non-refundable.
